Theater Voice Emotions

What I’m offering - for individuals and groups

  • Every person has the ability and intelligence to listen to and work with their feelings. Through my creative work with theater and voice, I understand how important it is to venture into the unknown and how our emotions can guide us through this often uncomfortable space.

    In my courses, I use art, embodiment, movement exercises, and community, as well as a broad insight into the theory of emotions, so that we can experience them in various and safe contexts.

    Dynamic Emotional Integration® is a method developed by sociologist Karla McLaren to engage with emotions unconditionally, relearn their language, and utilize the intelligence within all emotions.

  • Our own voice is one of the most personal means of expression we have. The Lichtenberger® Method is a voice pedagogy that focuses on the inner quality of the voice, not only influencing the sound of the voice but also promoting long-term vocal health.

    I am a certified voice teacher in the Lichtenberger® Method from the "Lichtenberger Institute for Applied Physiology of the Voice."

  • For over 25 years I have been doing theater with everyone who wants to join. Because theater is for everyone!

    I am particularly interested in Physical Theatre. What role does our body play in theater? I love to explore this in the rehearsal room and on stage.

    I find dance and performance theater productions, such as those by "Punchdrunk," "Song of the Goat Theatre," or "Tanztheater Wuppertal," particularly inspiring.

    I am an Associate Teaching Artist at "Physical Lab."

    I am a theater educator (basic training with the Federal Association of Theater Education at the Pedagogical Institute Munich).

    I am on the board of the theater association "replay-Theater e.V."

  • Jeder Mensch hat die Fähigkeit und Intelligenz, auf seine Gefühle zu hören und mit ihnen zu arbeiten. Durch meine kreative Arbeit mit Theater und Stimme weiß ich, wie wichtig es ist, in das Unbekannte einzutauchen und wie unsere Emotionen uns durch diesen oft unbequemen Raum führen können.

    In meinen Kursen verwende ich Kunst, Embodiment, Bewegungsübungen und Gemeinschaft sowie einen breiten Einblick in die Theorie der Emotionen, damit wir sie alle in unterschiedlichen und sicheren Kontexten erleben können.

    Dynamic Emotional Integration (R) ist eine Methode, die von der Soziologin Karla McLaren entwickelt wurde, um Emotionen vorbehaltlos zu begegnen, ihre Sprache (wieder) zu erlernen und die Intelligenz in allen Emotionen zu nutzen.

  • Unsere eigene Stimme ist mit das persönlichste Ausdrucksmittel, das wir haben. Die Lichtenberger Methode (c) ist eine Stimmpädagogik, die sich der inneren Qualität der Stimme widmet und so nicht nur den Stimmklang beeinflusst, sondern auch langfristig der Gesundheit der Stimme dient.

    Ich bin zertifizierte Stimmpädagogin nach der Lichtenberger Methode (c) des “Lichtenberger Instituts für angewandte Stimmphysiologie”.

  • Seit über 25 Jahren mache ich Theater mit allen, die Lust darauf haben. Denn Theater ist für jede und jeden da!

    Besonders interessiere ich mich für Physical Theatre - Körpertheater. Welche Rolle spielt unser Körper beim Theaterspiel? Das erkunde ich gerne im Probenraum und auf der Bühne.

    Besonders inspirierend finde ich Tanz- und Performancetheater-Produktionen wie die von “Punchdrunk”, dem “Song of the Goat-Theatre” oder vom “Tanztheater Wuppertal”.
